Staff Sergeant Roel Arazo joined The United States Army Field Band in 2025. He earned a Bachelor of Music from the University of Michigan where he frequently performed in solo, chamber, and large ensemble settings. Staff Sgt. Arazo has participated in several regional and national tuba-euphonium conferences and has been recognized in competition, including the Leonard Falcone International Tuba and Euphonium Festival. In addition to his performance career, Staff Sgt. Arazo is passionate about outreach and inspiring the next generation of brass musicians. Outside of music, he enjoys video games and spending time with his loved ones. Staff Sgt. Arazo comes from Miami, Florida.
